Cancelled again but not giving up

I was supposed to go out with my Dad a few days ago after he finally talked to me on the phone. It didn't turn out though he canceled. I had a feeling it would happen but it still hurt me even so. I loved going out on the lake that I would go to each summer until I was 12 on in my grandfathers speed boat. It was so much fun. I could barely see but I loved it anyway. I also loved the bobbing feeling I'd get afterward from being in the boat for a couple of hours

I hope so too. I am going to try and call Dad tomorrow. I will be going to Mom's tomorrow though to visit her. I haven't in a while she has been so busy with the wedding and all. I want to help her but she says she just wants me to come when they get my dress... I have offered many times to help not much more I can do but continue to do so.

I am not loosing hope on Dad. I am hoping soon we can go out on the boat and talk some things over.

But this is where you can come and complain and receive a sympathetic ear or two. Hopefully the wedding will end some of the strain. The water is exactly where to go to get someone to relax and open up. Hopefully it will all work out for you.

Thanks so much and yes it is always relaxing to spend time on the boat. I love the water I hope to see the ocean in person someday :)
