1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Um sadly very very little. Got drunk for the first time...and second time...and third time...etc. Got crushed for the first time.
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
BAHAHAHAAAAAAA I doubt it.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Babies creep me out. So no.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
No.
5. What countries did you visit?
I have never left the country. I guess I visited other parts of the United States WOOO
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
Sex. Oh, and, you know, patience, determination, all that crap.
7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Interlocheeeeen. So summer.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Probably some of the performances in my singing class. My acting has come a long way.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not being able to find a single boy. That is incredibly shallow but I have the excuse that I'm adolescent. And I think I was too lazy and bitchy
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
I've probably gotten a couple colds. And I fell into an orchestra pit haha. But I wasn't hurt too badly. Oh and the time when I had a neck spasm and had to go to intensive care and get jacked up on painkillers because I couldn't move my neck and it was stuck tilted to one side.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
...I don't really buy anything except food.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Sam's, for finally ending his streak of assholishness and nig headedness that has been with him since elementary school
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Mine, All-state fling fuckface's, Elise's
14. Where did most of your money go?
My school cafeteria. I have a life, I swear.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
My breakthroughs in terms of theatre. My realizations that I actually might have some glimmer of a chance in the theatre world. The fact that my choir sang a song that I wrote and it was all pretty.
16. What song will always remind you of 2007?
Haha probably "Umbrella" by Rihanna. Just cuz. Or the entire soundtrack of "Across the Universe"
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
a) happier or sadder? About the same, maybe a little sadder. BUt sad with better reason.
b) thinner or fatter? Definitely fatter. Last year I was at least dancing a tiny bit. And on meds that curb your appetite.
c) richer or poorer? The same, which is poor. I never have money. At some point I'll get a job, I swear.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Being a good friend and a good person. I can get very focused on myself. I also wish I could have just been more dedicated. To everything I do.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Bitchiiiiing. I am whiny oh man.
20. How will you be spending Christmas?
Hopefully with friends partying it up, not at home with my lame family.
21. Did you fall in love in 2007?
In lust. In like. But not quite in love.
22. How many one-night stands?
I had a crappy fling at all-state choir. But it was hardly a one night stand. More like a two night joke.
23. What was your favorite TV program?
America's Next Top Model. Maybe. I watch a lot of TV and love a lot of shows. Six Feet Under is my favorite of all time, but it was not a 2007 show.
24. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
Only Julia. She is by far the most talented person my age I've ever met in my life and the coldest and most condescending. Why do those have to go hand in hand?
25. What was the best book you read?
"Mother Night" by Vonnegut. It changed my whole life. I can't even explain it.
26. What was your greatest musical discovery?
I can hit higher notes than I thought. And I'm really starting to like my voice. Plus I like to think that I have a little bit of a knack for composing.
27. What did you want and get?
Interlochen. And voice/acting lessons from Broadway stars.
28. What did you want and not get?
Love, sex, and there were many people at Interlochen who I wanted to be friends with, but they were not, haha, I am pathetic.
29. What was your favorite film of this year?
Across the Universe. No question. Not only was the music brilliant but the plot, acting, themes, EVERYTHING. Never has there been a better film.
30. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Haha, I played a murder game with friends, danced around my house, got drunk and did mad-libs. I turned 17.
31.What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Going to Interlochen and my singing class here. Wow.
32. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
I wore the same clothes as 2006. Because my parents wouldn't buy me any new ones. I think if I had a lot of money to buy clothes, however, I would have been very fashionable.
33. What kept you sane?
Friends, and my singing classes.

The best way to make people talk to you is to fall into an orchestra pit.
39. Quote a song lyric that sums up your year: "In the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make"
