This looks like a rather involved and possibly benificial assessment.

How long does it take?

It's of a standard length for an online MBTI-based personality quiz with rather little text per question. A few minutes? I'm pretty sure it's less than a hundred questions. One can probably finish the questionnaire in less time than it takes to read a set of the results.
