Rough week. Things are better, or at least I hope. We had our Italian trip on Thursday -- it was pretty fun. I didn't feel well for most of it, but whatever. I came home, took a nap, then got ready for swimming. Not feeling well + swim meet = not good. Our Medley Relay team is awesome. Kyshee - Back, Lauren - Breast, me - Fly, Anaise - Free. We got
