Now people, I have a question for you guys. Most of us aspire to go to prestigious universities overseas, eg. Ivy League universities etc etc. Do you think it's easier for people living there (Americans, British whatever) to get into these universities? Or do they have to fulfil equally stringent criterion that we have to? I mean... we could pay

the general level of western education and western youth is quite poor. we pwn them on average.

unfortunately, they have more ppl then us, so we will churn out less quality ppl than them simply because porportion-wise, we are higher, but absolute numbers wise, they are more.

Yeah you can be a complete idiot when online, I don't really care. What makes me really pissed off are the people who try to act pro but instead show their stupidity. It's like, OMG I can't believe this asshole actually thinks he's good. I mean, seriously, come on.

We speak singlish, which is more like... our own local culture. Unless you're talking about the attempts to speak proper english. In that case then... Singaporean english is shit.

Well, I've modded my share of forums, and I'm very happy to say that most people who post in terrible english are usually subconsciously ignored by us veterans, and those who create too much trouble are immediately stamped down upon, banned and despised to no end. We may be the minority here, friend, but we're much smarter, and we have much, much more power.
