Color Meme
So, the deal is, I list 10 things I like of a certain color. If anybody hasn't done this and would like a color let me know in a comment below and I will give you one.

Silver/Grey
1. Gackt's accessories - This seemed quite the obvious choice, who doesn't love all those pretty shiny interestingly designed pieces. When going to A Little Village it is mandatory to just drool all over the items they have on display there. How I wish I had that kind of money...
2. My accessories - while most of these aren't nearly as cool as his I still have an abundance of silver baubles. I never wear gold, I'm just not comfortable with it and just don't really like it, so I happily stick with silver. I'm always on the look out for new silver items I can afford. I found a wonderful silver moon pendant in Shibuya a while back, but of course it was incredibly expensive so I had to pass it by. When it comes to rings I also have difficulty finding ones that fit.
3. The moon - does this really need explanation? I love the moon. Seeing the moon brings me a kind of peace nothing else can match.
4. that lining around the clouds - Where would we be without the silver lining? In the darkest of times we must look for those motes of light and rays of hope.
5. Swords/knives - I may not seem like it on first impression but I really like bladed weapons. I find them to be fascinating and beautiful. I don't own any as of now but one day I certainly hope to.
6. the shiny side of CDs - While the artwork side can also be very nice, the shiny side is where all the wonderful music is and isn't that why we get them?
7. My computer - Another thing I love very much. I have a beautiful Mac laptop that I bought about 3 years ago. It was my first computer and I would no longer know how to live without it. I just got it upgraded too so it is nice and happy now :)
8. My favorite pencil - I really like a fine point so I found a good quality 3mm mechanical pencil. I usually prefer to write in pent but for some reason I just really enjoy myself whenever I write with this pencil.
9. the shirt I wore today - This is the first thing I'm mentioning that is grey instead of silver. I just bought this shirt on my recent trip back to my hometown, from my favorite clothing shop. It is a nice dark grey color and of excellent design. I was also very happy to see this company started carrying XXS sizes, which do indeed fit me more comfortably than the XS
10. My super warm fuzzy night socks - one of my great discoveries at one of the lovely sock shops here in Japan. These things go up to my thighs and are absolutely great in winter, though they are pretty useless now.
Oops, my list turned out to be a little longer than 10 so here's a couple bonuses.
11. My DVD player - Of course a good dvd player is a must have these days but this one is especially nice as it is portable and region free. I bought it just after I started buying a few Japanese dvds and later was handy for the Chinese and Korean dvds I bought as well. That it was portable made it perfect for taking with me when I moved to Japan and since I am very short on space it conveniently takes up little room.
12. Lightning - When drawn it is often colored yellow but actual lightning is more blue/purple/silver in reality, I think. I love lightning though. One of the things I miss in Japan, despite all the rain, is a good thunderstorm. Lightning and Thunder always make me very excited, I don't know why, but I always get very happy when I hear or seen any. I remember standing out in the rain in my parents yard just to stare at the sky and wait for the lightning to streak across.
