This is so sad, and I feel like Ellie will be, in some ways, a heartbreaking character. (Though, you can tell that things will get a bit better soon: she's had such a huge load on her all her life, things will get, if not easier, then different, now that it's gone.)

Fun fact: for a non-sims story, I have a character that I considered naming Ellie, who also lives with her mom (her parents are divorced) and moves from school to school because her mother becomes extraordinarily anxious after staying too long in one place.

Honestly, the drabbles worked, especially for a rough shot of what the character's life has been like. Also, good for you, starting Myshuno on nothing but a handful of ideas. Ever get your game installed?

Things will definitely be better for a while, but it's not a story without some conflict ;)
What a coincidence! Ellie just seemed like the right name. Officially Eleanor is her full name, but I don't think that will ever be used.
I've been trying to get a basic plot-line laid out, but I kind of winged these prompts. And I've actually been installing my game today, so hopefully by Sunday I can get some playing done.
