Well, I have to admit I can't see at the moment how McGee will be able to redeem himself for me. Because although Tony might joke and tease McGee, this is blackmail of the worst kind. I'm pretty sure McGee doesn't see it this way, but it is. And as unfair as it seems, when I see the tag hatecrime part of me wants Tony to be the victim - and McGee being at fault. Yes, I know, I'm weird that way. ;)

Looking forward to see where you're going with this!

And since I'm here - I hope you don't mind me asking if you're still working on 'Providence'?

Thank you for taking time to read and comment. You've perfectly analyzed McGee's state of mind. At the moment, he is still full of smugness and unaware of the possible repercutions of his actions. He's acting like a spoiled child, trying to get some payback for what he sees as unfair treatment from Tony. Circumstances are going to force him to reevaluate his certainties and see things differently.

And you are not weird at all. ;)

I don't mind at all. I'm still working on Providence, and now that I'm freed from "Faux-Pas" I can fully concentrate on finishing its next chapter. Sorry for the long wait.
