I'm not sure what to do here, so I'm asking for advice...how long should you wait before reporting someone as a swaplifter? I initiated a swap on January 29. She received my end on February 4. She even pm'ed me, telling me I was awesome and she loved everything and so forth. But she said there was a snowstorm due at the end of the week, so she wasn

Yeah that doesn't sound too good. I would send her another one saying that you are trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and to please contact you even if she hasn't shipped yet. Give her a specific amount of time like a week and then say that if you don't hear from her then, you will forward this to a mod as a swaplift report. Then if she hasn't responded, send a message to a mod and cc her so she knows. Once you get an okay from a mod, leave her a horrible review.

Did you save her address? If she really did swaplift you, you could have a little fun with her. ;) It sucks that she's going through bad stuff but she should have the decency to contact you and maybe work out something. I hate it when they just stop communicating.

I saved EVERYTHING, every pm and even the shipping label email from PayPal, complete with tracking number. In the pm about the drama with the ex, she says she'll ship my stuff within the week. Well, that was over 3 weeks ago! It's the lack of response to my pm's that worry me.

Thanks for the advice! :) I will pm her again and see what happens.

"Fun!" Signing her up for religious peroidicals, weird magazines, you know fun! I would make sure that she has actually swaplifted you first but then have at her! I think of it as proactive theft prevention. Much more effective than just reporting her. Who is it by the way so I can steer clear?
