just invented this in an attempt to use up my sweet potato before it grew blue fur... also managed to kill my leftover basil and my housemate's leftover ricotta. mmmm.
Blue fur is one of those things I'm encountering a lot in my vege tray. Methinks I could write a recipe book solely of "Things to cook to discourage mould". At least, in my drunken state, it seems to be a good idea.
