I'm not going to sit here and pretend that I know you that well. But, you seem like a great, fun, down to earth person. And I would have commented in your xanga, but it really isn't any of my business, and I didn't want anyone commenting on what I had to say.
But, the fact that you get high is your choice. You could be doing much worse. Not that it's any body's buisness but your own. And as far as I'm concerened, you are by no means "heinous".
I'm sorry you're going through so much drama.
