Someone had to say it. Surprisingly I haven't seen this one on the actual autistic blogosphere. I suppose everyone else is just as tired as I am.

Thank you for this. Particularly in elementary school, I was forced to sit with kids (for socialization!) when I really wanted time to sit alone, be in my own head, (not get bullied), not be in fear of someone/something coming at my blind side, etc....The school staff only seemed to care about my aloneness at lunch but not recess though
