You lost part of your last sentence in the section about Julia.
I'm torn about Julia, but I'm looking at it from the perspective of someone who was highly talkative from a very young age despite probably being on the spectrum. (I'm not quite...certain? comfortable? with that to describe myself as an autistic.) On the one hand, I think, "I would have explained this stuff to people, if they asked or indicated interest." On the other, I think, "Well, that may be the case, but maybe it would be better to use more common autistic traits if this character is acting as a representative of auties - I'm something of an outlier in even this area."
I haven't written anything for April yet this year. Not sure I will. Just feel like I'm repeating myself, without adding anything new. I know it's a message worth repeating, but still.

Nicely said. I mean, this is all very well-written, but I prticularly appreciate this bit of snark.
