I have these moments sometimes where I think NTs shouldn't be allowed to run things because it's like putting stone deaf people in charge of the sound system at a concert. Except deaf people weren't raised in blithe ignorance that there is such a thing as sound and that it can hurt people.

Neurotypicals running things makes sense if their entire target audience is NTs.

The problem is that they are in charge of running things for everyone while operating under the fallacy that their target audience is entirely NTs. And because they have been in charge of so many things for so long, no one realizes this isn't and shouldn't be the case because it's not discrimination, just the way the world has always been.
