My understanding was that you just get less active cultures after the sell-by date has passed. I figure if it tastes fine, you're probably fine!

i sorta thought so too, but my friend started freaking out (i have to call her when i get home to confirm that i survived) and there were some strange noises emanating from my abdomen...

but this is why i have the iron tummy. :)
