How did you come up with the name?

i think i've had this name since i was 15...(about seven years ago). at the time i was listening to smashing pumpkin's "adore" album...their song "to sheila" has a line that goes "sheila rides on crashing nightingale...", so i liked that. and then i was also into greek mythology and liked the story of Echo. :) i simply just combined the two.
