I am home--thank you to everyone who has been sending me energy--I know it is helping.

I am going to be working hard in the next four weeks to get back to the point where I will be able to go back to work.

Quick update--I like living in Las Vegas--like the weather even. I didn't realize how much I was afftected by cloudy weather.

The 9th grade students I have to teach need about a year in charm school before they would be ready for high school--rude doesn't cover it. Even so, I am enjoying being in the classroom again.

Hey, quick note...I got to Vegas last week. I ended up driving the last 500 miles myself as my sister Katherine got a BAD stomach flu and had to fly home from Salt Lake (she is fine now). Off on a quick trip to Vegas this week appartment hunting...I thought for a while tha tI would be able to pick put a place to live without seeing it...that thought didn't last long. Anyway Royce is home this week and he is cat sitting form me. I am so proud of him and the things that he is accomplished at Job Core.

I have decided that I will actually need to go to Vegas and find an appartment before my move. I had orginally thought that I could do it online or by phone. Well my contract is in and will be posted as "accepted" sometime in the very near future. I did get the higher salary !! This means that I will be takjng home about $13K more (gross) per year than I am right now.
