The Apple store is now one of the coolest stores ever. I love Terence.

New York is great; it would be more awesome if I wasn't sick or jet lag though. I'm looking for a job. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful to hear them. I'm open to anything. Whoever hasn't seen Farenheit 9/11 should go see it. Awesome.

We spent the 4th of July at the American Club. It was lots of fun, but the whole event reminded me of a USO show. Everyone there looked like they worked for an NGO and the food was all barbequed and the club itself still resembled an American war base. It was great though. Right now is the first time in this entire vacation that I don't feel like a smelly tourist. It is so hot here. Today we went around and visited our old haunts in Hanoi. Yesterday I killed my aquatic life/deep water phobia by forcing myself to snorkel around a coral reef. For the first fifteen minutes I was cursing out everyone in sight and paddling to shore (we had to jump off a boat into the reef), but I eventually settled down and did some exploring. Vietnam is awesome. Today I bought part of a VietCong uniform and I plan to get the whole thing. Ho Chi Minh City is getting a little tiring though; we've hit all the markets and all the major sights: Reunification Palace, Cu Chi Tunnels, mangroves, etc... and it was great. I'm in Japan!!! Well, not quite. I'm in transit at Narita International Airport, waiting for my flight to Bangkok. I'll be there for a night, and then will be off to Vietnam for two and a half glorious weeks. I wish I was going to spend more than two hours in Japan though... I've always wanted to visit. Whatever. The airport's nice.

My stomache hurts so much I can't move. Lucky for me, japanese food and "Fried Green Tomatoes" works wonders on any of my ailments. Saw "Saved" earlier. It wasn't bad... better than I thought it would be. Jena Malone is a good actress. Mary-Louise Parker was awesome too, as usual.
