not much you can do unless you can afford to hire a lawyer and sue, or you have enough workers to start a union that can't be crushed at the outset by simply firing all of you. unfortunately, the bigger the company the harder it is to fight it. look at wal-mart - there's a reason none of their employees are unionized. it's because they'll fire anyone who mentions the word union (happened to me!), and they'll fire the whole store if a few of the employees actually succeed in organizing.
Yeah. They aren't quite as disposable as Walmart would have it's employees, but it would be very difficult to unionize. Anyway.. it's no longer my battle. Supposedly.. Zach is going to handle it from here on out. We'll see how well that works or if it even comes to fruition.
