Yeah! I voted for him, and I'm so happy he won!!! ^_^ I think he's going to do great things for this country and help repair our tattered relations with the rest of the world.

I was reading yahoo news like I always do. I saw the New Zealand elections.

Former Prime Minister Helen Clark was ousted and John Key, a 47-year-old guy much like Obama is the new Prime Minister.

So Nikki, did you do your civic duty like I did with Obama and go out and vote in your elections? :D

Yes indeed I did vote, for United Future (Peter Dunn) rather than the main parties of Labour (Helen Clark) and National (John Key) because frankly making the choice between them was like choosing what foot you wanted to be shot in.

Obama is awesome, I'm so excited he was elected - kinda wish I was an American citizen simply so I could have voted for him lol.
