PSA: Opus is only three days away!

Hey everyone! It's time for my highly biased Public Service Announcement:

Don't forget, Opus is only three days away! It starts this Friday, the 13th, and runs through Sunday, the 15th. Now is the time to get your geek on, so spread the word to any poor shlubs who haven't heard what's going down this weekend. Friday night's going to be the Dark ( Read more... )

Registration opens at 3:00pm on Friday, as do the Vendor Hall and Art show. Programming doesn't get started until 4:00 or 5:00 (you think I'd remember considering the number of times I went over that program book). If you do come at 3:00 it gives you plenty of time to check into your room and get settled before things really get going, but - in theory - you should be able to check the full schedule on the website later tonight, albeit possibly very late tonight.

I do know opening ceremonies are at 6:30, the Serpent Moon bellydancing performance is at 7:00 and the Dark Waizard's Ball is at 8:00 (Rocky is, of course, at midnight). The panels I can't think of as readily, but I can check tonight if you want.
