I didn't know a lot about Bob Graham until you posted that little blurb -- but from that little blurb, i like him.

I didn't know Lieberman was for censorship ... he's out.

Hmmm, maybe I should be Bob Graham's campaign Manager. Clinton had Dick MOrris who was a Republican running his show. Well, until Dick Morris got caugt with a hooker. lol.

Graham is really popular in FLorida. He always wins by atleast 60% of the vote. The only thing I don't like about Graham is his age and health. He will be 68 in 2004 and he recently had heart surgery.

I can't believe that you didn't know Lieberman was big on censorship. He's always saying that Hollywood has to "clean up". In 2000, alotta people thought it was hypocritical when Gore and Lieberman cmapaigned with HollyWood types since his wife (TIpper) was always trying to get "Parental Advisory" stickers on everything and Joe LIeberman is always saying how immoral H-Wood is. Hmmm, the whole CLinton Administration probably needed a parental advisory sticker with all that went on in there...

Howard Dean or Al Sharpton. They both sound pretty good. ^.^

YOu must be a Republican that BADLY wants Bush re-elected. Howard Dean and AL Shaprton are both the two most UNELECTABLE Democrats in the field.

Al Sharpton would loose alot of Jewish voters b/c he's an anti-Semite. If you're a Democrat you need a strong showing (atleast 65%) in the Jewish vote to win. Also, Shaprton would loose alot of WHite MOderates b/c he's extreme and he's a Reverand too. So much for "separation of Church and State"

ABout Howard Dean, he was the governor of a small Northeastern State. He will piss off gun control people in the Democratic party b/c he's lossened gun laws in Vermont. I don't think he can win in moderate "borderline states' like OHio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Missouri, and FLorida, b/c he was governor when Gay marriages were legallizaed in Vermont and the polls I've seen say that most Americans (about 70%) are against Gay Marriages.

Hope I wasn't too harsh, but if the Dems pick either of them two, Bush will get re-elected unless something really awful happens. THanks for your input.

Running Temporarily to the other side anonymous March 11 2003, 09:16:18 UTC
I'd definitely be for Bob Graham. I don't know much about the other candidates except for Jew LIEberman (he makes me sick) and not really keen on Howard Dean. Yes Troy, I am republican but after the current administration performance, I'm going democratic next term unless someone other than Jeb really impresses me.

Hmmm, I think JOE LIEberman woudl be a formidable candidate against Bush. IN fact, he's one of only three listed, that I think can beat Bush. Hes NOT very exciting, IN FACT, he sounds like a frog that jsut got circumcized, but he is a good man.

So what do you not like about Howard Dean? jw.

Also, what does JEB have to do with this? I don't think he would run for President in 2004. 2008? Maybe, but not '04. I don't know if I really want JEB for Presidnet. There are other people I think I'd like better (McCain) (Bill Frist).

The guy is my next door neighbor, he's a really nice and funny guy. And I woudln't worry about his health too much, he was trying to teach me to play tennis last year on his court and the man is in good physical shape. I'm actually going to vote for him next year since i think Bush has lost alot of what it means to be president even though im a republican. Plus he always gives my dog, champ, a tennis ball after he's done playing since champ always chases it up and down the court for hours so it gives him something to play with for a few weeks. If a guy is willing to spend 50 cents on a ball for my dog all the he's worth my vote =P

Hey Al! Hows your Spring Break going? I'm applying to Bob Graham's office in DC to intern for the summer. If you talk to him, throw in a good word for me!

About his health, the key word is LAST YEAR. Last year, he didn't have a heart problem and now he does. That scares me thiking that the President could suddenly have a heart attack like that. That was one thing that made me afraid of voting Bush-Cheney in 2000. I was almost gonna vote, Bush-McCain and write McCain in as a write-in for Vice President.

I think Graham is the only Democrat that can truly beat Bush at this moment. I don't know if other Democrats think that though...

It's been really great, having alot of fun. How's your's going? I haven't heard about his heart problem but i saw him out back about a month or so again on one of those trips home i always take and he was playing tennis with some guy friend of his. I really dont think Bush is gonna make it to his 2nd term and if he is its going to be really close. I think it's just a matter of the democrats choosing their candidates right to win the next election.
