The Mother of all Potato Salads

I believe I just made the Potato Salad to End All Potato Salads.

Yes, I did finish it after 1 AM. I didn't start until after 9 or so, then I stopped for a bit to let the potatoes cool, and to balance my checkbook. Plus the kids deserved some attention too.

I added a ton of yummy stuff, a combo of stuff to make the sauce, and lots of herbs (

they keep trying to upgrade me at the phone store, I tell them I am a Luddite.. all I want in a phone is to make calls, do texts, and pics.. nothing else.

You know it's bad when the girls at the craft store checkouts keep telling you to get a smartphone for coupons... *rolls eyes* Umm, yeah. Because saving a couple of bucks makes up for having an $80+ bill each month rather than a little over $30. I think I can swing printing coupons out. If I really want it to be free, I do it at work

they were trying to upsell me a portable WiFi so I could be connected all the time! and it would only be $50 more a month, oh yeah, plus the 4G minutes when you used it..

It was kind of an Everything In The Fridge salad, plus I found a lot of good stuff at the Farmer's Market. I'll have to really post a good basis for it tonight! Some of it might be the sauce. I do a combo of Miracle Whip, Mayo, a little sour cream, splash of white vinegar, bunch of herbs and spices (not hot spices, just good ones). I also make sure I put chopped bacon and hard boiled egg. I'll get more into the ingredients tonight, I'm out the door!

And I do want to put up bunny pics from the camera since they are a lot more clear. Those are a couple of goals for today. :)
