Random Buns

I'm still alive. :)

I did take Christmas Break off, but wasn't that internet-type productive. That's ok, we had decent weather so I was out doing more stuff away from home or spending quality time with Chris and the buns.

So I do have a few new Thor and Freya pictures to post.

They both love sitting by the air purifier. It's the go to napping/relaxing spot!

Thor and his hay ball. One of his Christmas gifts. He loves playing with them and eating them.

Together!

Stretched out to nap.

Freyabutt.

The other end of the tube.

Freya had a major shedding episode around Christmas. She's a lot softer now, but not as orange, her head and face is a lot darker with more of the blue/gray. She is still gorgeous, and the top of her head sort of looks like a brindle pattern of gray on her orange. She's still far more skittish than Thor, but it might just be her personality- more aloof.

Thor is more cuddly. He was really into the stuff I had out tonight when I was balancing my checkbook. A very helpful little fellow in his own mind.

They both are really happy together, and I can't get over how large Freya has grown! She is about 4 1/4lbs. Thor is only 3 1/2. I'm glad Thor is up a bit then, he thinned out a bit for a while there. She was stealing his food when I wasn't watching. Now everyone gets plenty.

Chris is doing well. He is teaching again for part of this semester in addition to the usual work. He is disappointed it is not the whole semester again, but they are complaining about how much it cost. Too bad. Honestly, I like having the free evenings. I love him, but it is so nice not to have to worry about dinner and to come home to some quiet time. Not having someone ask, "What's for dinner?" or say, "I'm hungry" right when I get home is pleasant. And some people wonder why I don't have kids.... There are times I just want to throw him out on his ass when he asks about food. There's tons of food in the house. GO FIND SOME.

Now I do have to go and figure out what I want to bother with for dinner. Yay. Nearly feeding time for the buns too!
