[Regardless of her hatred for her two foster brothers, the dream is still hard to watch. Elliot has always been fond of Gilbert (for whatever stupid reason) and he still insists that Vincent is someone worthy of respect. Respect...after what he said.
No, there's no damned way.]
It serves you right, you know. You were bound to catch something, carrying on the way that you do.
[This is quite possibly one of the most alarming things to wake up to. At least, it is for Ada.
She pulls herself out of bed and is just about to get dressed when she has an idea. It's silly but... maybe it just might cheer him up a little bit. So instead of her normal clothes, she dons a nurse's outfit and (careful not to be spotted, because it's a bit embarrassing okay?) makes her way to Vincent's room.]
Oh no. [Mostly to herself.] You look just awful... [She feels terrible for allowing this to happen. But she hurries to his side because she'll do anything to help.]
I'm here now. How are you feeling? [The genuine concern is clear in her tone.]
I was worried. A-And I want to! [That was what a woman should do for her man, right? And even if it wasn't expected... that was just how she wanted to be -- and how she was raised.]
Ah... [She blushed when he noticed that.] I thought it might help cheer you up...
[What is the idiot woman even thinking? But he has to admit, it's quite a bit better than the dungeon outfit, and he might even be able to... enjoy it a little.
He reaches out, settles a hand at her waist, spreads his fingers a little.]
You're lovely. It's a wonderful way to cheer me up.
Somehow, it almost seems nostalgic, or familiar, in a way that he's not sure he likes. It's... eerie somehow, too, and... And he's not sure why he cares, either, really... But that is what he's kept wondering ever since Vincent got here.
Well... For Elliot, if anything, right? Since Vincent is important to Elliot.]

[He'll make it sound so pleasant, so loving. After all, they're family, aren't they?
It doesn't hurt at all. ]

Better now that you're here.
[Vincent spoke softly, pushing himself up in bed a little, as if it were quite an effort to do so. It was, actually, so that wasn't really theatrics.]
You... didn't have to come take care of me though. And...
[His eyes were a little wide on this one.]
What are you wearing?

[He pauses, for a moment, and then laughs.]
Did you poison me after all, Leo?

[Not that he really does, but he couldn't resist that bait.]
