Michael/Adam, dynamic switch up (kind of). Michael is a man who's lost his faith and his way; Adam is a cherub who can only earn his wings by guiding and being a guardian angel to Michael. ♥

The truth is Adam isn't really supposed to be helping Michael, Dean is; but his older brother is an ass who thinks Michael is too lost a cause, and is more interested with keeping the weird tax accountant guy in line, and just saving Sam from screwing up and sending Lucifer or Raphael or Gabriel's souls to hell, again, by accident. Since Adam is just that kind of cherub who feels bad for poor Michael (who is pretty much the way he is thanks to Sam's screw ups with the whole constant accidental damning of Michael's brothers), and someone has to clean up after Dean and Sam and it might as well be Adam, and he has to earn his wings anyway, he decides to take up Michael's cause for himself; three birds one stone that kind of fancy jazz. What Adam doesn't expect however is for Sam to screw up and make him fall for Michael - literally - right into the man's arms, mid good karma guiding.
Somehow, somehow - Adam's given up trying to figure it out - it all works out in the end, even better ( ... )

I love how angel!Adam is trying to clean up his big brothers' messes. I get the feeling that he'd try to do the same in canon, if he grew up with them, and now I want more of this! >_<

It had sounded like a good idea at the time, go visit the Alternate Universe run by his brother and straighten things out, fix stuff and all that jazz. What he hadn't expected was Michael - who was short, really, really short - and Lucifer to come charging in, swords at the ready and march him to the Grand Court and put him on trial, or the other angels and were those demons too? to sit back and watch said trial.
But in the end things were sorted out, he met his nephews and their kids, celebrations were had and everything was going well; and then he called Michael short while drunk, oops.

Secondly: Michael/Adam (because I adore every way you write these two). Asylum!AU. Michael claims to be an angel and Adam is his supervising physician.

"This feels like flying through the clouds, thank you," Michael says softly, hands gripping the wheel-chair tightly, eyes closed as the winds ruffles his hair. It's been four hundred and seventeen hours (Adam counts the passing of time in hours and minutes when it comes to Michael, rarely days and months; he knows their milestones down to the exact second) since Adam got permission for taking Michael outside onto the terrace like this; a hard task lasting a year of appealing, since the last time Michael had come up here with another doctor, he'd tried proving he could fly, and well luckily Adam had raced up on instinct the moment he found out otherwise it would have been Michael's last time. And just for those words, said and the unsaid, unthought of "again like I used too", everything he's endured last year, from the opposition faced to let Michael out like this, to the various meetings with Michael's pyschiatrist ( ... )
