Hi. Ok, this is going to seem really weird, but I guess I have something that might benefit your vintage hair comminuty. I'm not a member so I didn't try and post this on the community. I figured it'd be better just to send it to the mod and let you do what you want with it! Ok, so, I recently got ahold of my 69 year old grandmother's old Cosmetology textbook from 1957. I figured that someone with interests like yours would find this rad. I scanned a few pages on finger waves and thought you might enjoy them. The photos are kind of big but I think it's so rad. I've been flipping around this all day. It has evereything from hair cutting to massage to anatomy. Hope you enjoy it and if you ever want to see about anything else in the book I'd be more than happy to scan a few pages.

Hi doll me again... I was wondering if youd like to join up... I created a photobucket for the vintage hair community so the girls can upload pictures of their hair. I just like to know if its ok to post the link and ask the girls to contribute, once they do it can be added to the user info...

Im also creating a vintage hair tutorial LJ comm. for the girls to post pics and step by step instructions on how they did their hair to help out other girls...
