Well, I am over at my spanish families house for a week and I was given access to a computer, so I thought I would you know, like actually update this thing. LOL! How to tell if your hamster is hibernating.

A cold or chilled hamster goes into a deep sleep (like hibernation) and is apparently dead. Try a gentle warming with a hairdryer, or wrap in a wooly sock for a few hours in the airing cupboard...

A terrified hamster goes rigid and collapses, but can recover within a few days.
