Well, summer is almost certainly departed. We're under a freeze warning tonight, with temperatures dipping into the high twenties overnight. I'm glad I harvested the last of my crop yesterday.

...yes, I did just say 'harvested my crop.'

Wow.

Here is the key to our new house!

The closing went smoothly and was done in about an hour, and we stopped off at the home afterwards just to run around inside it in complete and utter glee. We'll be moving in this Saturday, and I'll be sure to take some pictures and post them as soon as possible.

Ho-ly-cow. It was amazing.

We had the inspection done on the home early today, and aside from a handful of minor issues (minor leak in the kitchen faucet, the outside spigot needing new screws, etc.), there was only one issue which could cost the seller more than a couple of hundred dollars.
