I get sent pictures of climbers quite a bit, now that the summer season is on. It seems like every couple of weeks my guy friends have scoped this wall or that wall, and there are some really stunning shots. This particular picture is from my friend Steph who isn't actually a climber and did something a little different this time and went caving

Wow, reminds me of my youthful days of spelunking in Missouri. But you guys seem much more hardcore as I didn't really have climbing gear.

I didn't know that you went spelunking :) That's quite cool.
The more gear that you have, the more likely that you will get killed..honest.. if you set up a caving anchor wrong, your own gear can slice through the rope and cut you off. Often too scary for me.. :)

Thanks, you. I'm not sure that you noticed, but I did mention its not a very flattering photo of her otherwise. Caving requires you to put on three extra layers of clothes because its so cold down there, and this was also taken from a bit of a weird angle. But thanks again for the suggestion.
