What do you use for internets, if you don't use Charter?

It's not that I don't care about you if you use Charter, it just doesn't help my attempt to get the heck away from them.

If you use any sort of DSL, do you have a home phone line? If you use something based on the phone system and no phone line, does that cost you extra? I am interested.

Speakeasy.
$5 to have DSL without the phone line.
Best customer support EVER.

They were the best damn support ever, and some pretty darn good pricing too, but they weren't available in Lunenburg. And, after searching, I found cheaper DSL, but I can't speak to their customer support yet since I haven't needed it.

Hm. Speakeasy doesn't service my area. Looks like DSL Extreme does tho.

If you decide to go that route, my username is jabski for the referral form.

Dry-loop DSL (no phone line), 3000/768, $27.83/month (total cost including taxes, fees, everything ... meaning there are no additional payments directly to Verizon for the copper loop)

Through this (unfortunately named) company:
https://www.dslextreme.com/

They also have a referral program:

If you already have a phone line, I think the cost is $5/month less.
