Exercize! Yeah... we're on the same page. People aren't very supportive of one's effort to work-out, though. Oh well. It really does help alieviate some stress -or at least you do feel relaxed afterward. As long as it's used in a healthy mannr; there's no harm in it. Sorry. Dur.

Sometimes, I say "descend" when I mean "ascend" and looking really stupid. But, nodoby notices, sense all of mah words and rants are out of hand, anyway.
