Got any smart drugs around? Keep a stash of those around in random places, placed sporadically around the house, so it seems less suspicious. That way you'll always have something in times of need, without fear of using it all up.

I strongly suggest Coricidin (it's cold and cough medicine -- DXM) and ST2, except I guess you couldn't leave the ST2 around the house. Those are my two favorites.
