without final editing, without footnotes, not including bibliography (or diagrams/charts, of which there are none), title page, acknowledgements, or preface my thesis is 80 pages long. it is due at 4pm on tuesday, april 18th. it is 10pm on april 16th and i have just finished all but the final edits & formatting nonsense

i always find 10pt a little straining. maybe at least 10.5? does it have to be less than 100pgs? if not, i think maybe 10.5 with 1.5 spacing?

Leila- I am so proud of what you have done! When you are producing something this meaningful in your academic life, make it look exactly as you want it to look. IF they are really adamant about the page limit, you may have to work within that constraint. Otherwise...I say go for biggest point font allowed. A happy reader with unfatigued eyes is a good idea when it comes to your thesis :)
