As has been previously stated by Colleen I have decided to sell the Condo and go back to an apartment until I can get my life stabilized and back on track. I thought I could make a go of it and get my income flowing quicker than I have. I am hoping to have Colleen and the cats moved out by Mid-March so I get the Condo cleaned and put it on the ( Read more... )

As hard as that is to do, I really do think that it's the wisest choice right now. Besides, when you rent, you don't have to shovel snow, or fix things that break around the house :)

Besides the place we are VERY Seriously looking at renting from (Ironwood Gardens) is much closer to our core of friends. Also to keep our friends and families happy I am strongly pushing for a ground floor apartment.

It sucks to sell, but sometimes the best thing to do is get it over with and move on. Besides, like Nyk said, you won't have to shovel snow or repair leaky faucets.
Ironwood is cool. Closer to us :-)
