11. In New Jersey, a law was recently passed addressing homosexual partners having the same tax advantages as married couples. The new law also states that gay partners will no longer be excluded from hospital rooms, where they previously were not allowed because they weren't seen as family. Do you feel a law such as this should be passed in Tennessee? Why or why not?
12. The Supreme Court struck down a law last year that criminalized homosexual acts, affecting the laws of thirteen states. Do you feel that this law is just or injust? Why?
