Uhm... it depends, are you upset with a good blanky and chocolate milk or without it? Because if you have those things being upset is alot nicer.

uhm, not a good blanky and chocolate milk but a dark room and A Perfect Circle. didn't actually make everything better, but it does help.

Maybe that's why I'm usually in a good mood--the whole house has music (usually APC)--and it's always dark.
