Tina is totally fucking up at the pita pit! Her boss left me a long message saying because Tina didn't show up for work on Thursday they were short staffed for a rush and some customers had left. They lost customers. And Tina didn't even call them after that. Hopefully Tina can come in to work this Saturday because despite the fact she's gone AWOL

Icon transparency

Must be some kind of magic, eh?

* Photo against single-colour contrasting background (in this case, one of the off-white walls in my apartment).
* Open in Photoshop.
* Crop to a square.
* Remove any undesired elements from my appearance such as pimples, horns, fangs,...
* Add adjustment layers for colour levels, contrast, etc.
* Photoshop “Magic Wand” tool to select the areas to make transparent (including the little bit in my glasses that isn't part of my face). This gets particularly complicated around the hair.
* Delete (the areas selected in the previous step).
* “Save for Web” (from the File menu).
* Resize to desired size (in this case, 100 pixels).
* Format: PNG-24 with transparency.
* Save.

Whoo, photoshop talk!
I'm in a photoshop/illustrator class in school right now, and this week we have an assignmet where we have to compile photos of all our classmates with our instructor's ugly dog. I was the only one wearing a hat the day we took the photos, so every single dog/human monster is wearing my hat.
