3) Note there is NO PICTURE. Really.

ACTUAL RESULT:
Simon sucks.

EXPECTED RESULT:
Simon needs to sucks less and make the picture work.

NO REPRO ON MY MACHINE.

It appears that tester has something blocking the picture from displaying. Tester should figure that shit out. This observation is based on the fact that OTHER PEOPLE HAVE REPLIED TO THIS POST COMMENTING ON THE PICTURE THEY CAN ALL SEE.
