Drove down to Wizard World Chicago in Rosemont today. It was a pretty cool experience, even with the highway driving and me not eating anything from 10-4. I'd heard about these comic book conventions all the time, but I'd never actually been to one. A few days ago we got a dog from an Animal Shelter. His name is Danny Boy, though we've more or less dropped the Boy. He's different than Mona, Mickey, or Gracie, in that this little guy is older (at least two years old, though they don't know for sure), and has a pretty checkered past.
