wow that is a bit of a commute. An hour at minimum without any traffic at all. After awhile the money if not worth the commute. I hope what ever happens works out for the best.

Looks like he is going to go ahead and take the job. Without traffic it is about forty minutes to get there. At least he will be the team lead there and be more of a boss than just a lackey getting whatever work they want to give him.
