Well, I stand by my AUUUGGHHH conclusion. YIKES. I thought you were sliding passenger-side first. The idea that you bypassed 180 degrees of a rollover because you WEREN'T TOUCHING THE GROUND AT THE TIME is...terrifying.

You probably slid right over a big hump in the grass, or given the situation, I should say a ramp. =p I say that based on how violently you were thrown downwards (upwards?), because if you'd leapt into the air, rotating, based on sheer centrifugal force it would have been a lot more spinning than WHAMming. Also you probably would have rolled more than once. Also your backpack would have gone a LOT farther.

Well, my conclusion is that your little Buick performed a whole fucking lot better than a lot of cars in similar circumstances.
