I work in a busy call center setting up returns and exchanges for people and helping the really technologically challenged folk figure out what a motherboard is and what memory looks like and prescribing parts for different systems. There are about 20 people in my group right now and the managers have decided to make it a competitive environment

When I worked for Anatek, I used to do a little mental dance when one of our east-coast customers would call! Because they were straightforward, to the point, "lets get this transaction over so I can get back to my life I'm busy" people. Versus the westcoasters who want you to listen to their lifestory and find some "connection" with you. **shudder**
