To attend the Drinking Liberally debate watch party. They're going to have debate bingo and take bets on how many times McCain will say, "my friends" and Obama says "Look ...". I wonder if they'll bet on how many times McCain brings up his war experience when it's not relevant.

I am fully intending to attend the NY branch of the Drinking Liberally party tonight, and take a drink every time McCain mentions having been a POW. It's on foreign policy (in theory), so that'll be fun.

I think he's allowed to bring it up if there is discussion of prisoners of war. In a sane world, that would be a risky move for him, since it could invite questions about his inconsistent position on torture.
