Sadly, this surprises me not at all:

A Government Accountability Office report to be released Wednesday found that in last November's historic election, nearly one-third of polling places failed to accommodate voters in wheelchairs. When I voted in our provincial election in May, I had no issues, i was able to vote with privacy and had braille information sheets. i can't use the voting machine since I am way too deaf to understand it. Even the federal election was accessible for me.
