Does Anyone Know
... if OReilly's PDF versions of their books are accessible (not image pdfs (which I suspect they're not), and not that protected/DRMed PDF)? They have a decent track record, but I don't want to spend a bunch of money on an ebook that I can't read. At the same time, I'd rather buy the Ebook than the paper book. -

There are some games that seem to have literary mythos grow up around them. The two I'm most familiar with are chess and baseball. The tradition around baseball is obviously shorter and more American than that of chess -- which includes Lewis Carroll and Vladimir Nabakov, among others. So Many Songs in My Pocket
Having a device where I can easily access MP3s (that isn't my PC) provided the impetus to rip most of my CD collection. I spent a lovely afternoon with my friend Emily, her husband John, and their seven-year-old twins Jem and Joshua who were all visiting from New York. We spent much of the day at the Space Needle, since this morning's temperatures didn't bode well for a trip to the dog park (since none of them had packed warm enough clothes.)
