Don't recommend that someone commit suicide, especially not a nice fellow like Steve. Why, who would do something like that? Surely a mistake, or something written in the heat of passion.
Well then he did it again, and recommended that Steve kill his cat too on the way out. Awful, innit? But Steve must have done something to deserve such nasty treatment!
Well yes, that terrible Steve a) didn't buy one of the guy's stories and b) wrote up a little blog post about a book, which is against some sort of rule it seems. Why, that is just nutty, don't you think? I mean, can you imagine what might happen to the fledgling writing career of Kevin W. Reardon, aka, Cole A. Adams, if this sort of behavior was exposed to a large audience somehow?
Well, good thing he kept it to the Internet, which nobody ever looks at.
Kevin W. Reardon’s work has appeared in The James White Review, Lambda Book Report and in the anthologies ParaSpheres and Fresh Men: New Voices in Gay Fiction. His short story “Teamwork” was the 2003 winner of the Richard Hall Memorial Short Story Contest, sponsored by the Lambda Literary Foundation.
He is a graduate of Brandeis University and the Sarah Lawrence College M.F.A. program in writing.
