I think I did well for today’s diet :D
Breakfast @ 9am: Butter toast (2 slices) and scrambled eggs.
Lunch @ 5pm: Chicken McNuggets and Medium-sized Iced Lemon Tea.
Dinner @ 8.40pm: Mixed vegetables(cauliflower, mushrooms, young corn, ladies’ finger. NO.RICE.
