As for Evergreen, I think it'd prolly be a good idea to give the nice ladies that work in their Admissions office a call and explain a bit - just tell them that you sent the transcripts x number of months ago and it's therefore all the post office's fault, and they can probably attach some sort of disclaimer to your file that'll keep you from getting disqualified automatically for having your application incomplete. And it'd be a good idea to do that soon.
