> I saw Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 on Sunday.
It was...okay. It was definitely entertaining - it was a heck of a lot better than Pt. 1, which I honestly found to be a little boring - but I found it underwhelming. Then again, I've always thought that the movies have all paled in comparison to the books, so I don't think I was exactly expecting to be utterly blown away. However, I do admit that I burst into tears during the final scene simply because I started remembering the first time I saw The Sorcerer's Stone when I was eight and thinking it was the greatest thing ever and now this bit of my childhood was coming to an end right before my eyes. I'm surprised I got as emotional as I did, though, because it was a little bit distracting how Harry and everyone looked exactly the same age in that scene. Like they were barely trying to make them look older. I think I actually chuckled a little before I started crying. But other than that, I think the movie was pretty well-done, and I did enjoy it. I see myself rereading the series in the very near future...
> Legend of Korra stuff has been all over Tumblr, and I am super excited. I love the original Avatar series so much, and I know Korra is gonna be awesome!
> I going to the city on Saturday so spend some time with my two best friends from college, both of whom live in New Jersey. We're going to see the Harry Potter exhibition and just derp around the city for a few hours. I can't wait - I've really missed them.
